The terms that apply when you use this website or book work with me. Last updated September 2026.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you go on to book a call or hire me for client work, that work is additionally governed by whatever we agree in writing for that specific project, for example a quote, proposal or invoice, which takes priority over this general page if the two ever conflict.
This site is provided for general information about my services, process and pricing. Please don't misuse it, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, or gain unauthorized access to it or any system behind it.
A free strategy call, and any quote or pricing estimate that comes out of it, is not a binding contract. It's a starting conversation. Actual work only begins once we've both agreed on scope and price in writing.
Timelines, deliverables and payment terms for any project are set out per client, not on this page. Where those specifics haven't been put in writing yet, reasonable industry practice applies until they are.
Everything on this site, text, design and code, is mine unless stated otherwise. For client projects, ownership of the finished site or materials transfers to the client once the project is paid in full, unless we've agreed something different in writing.
This site and the information on it are provided in good faith, but without guarantees of being complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.
