Process

How the work actually happens.

Four phases, one person doing all of it, no handoffs, no account manager translating between you and whoever's actually doing the work. Here's exactly what happens at each stage, what it takes from you, and what to expect if something needs adjusting along the way.

The Four Phases

Every step, in full.

The build is where it starts. The growth retainer is where it actually pays off, but every phase below matters, because a rushed foundation is what makes the rest of it harder later.

01 · Discovery

Discovery & Return Modeling

What happens: a real conversation about your business: what's working, where leads or bookings are leaking, and what a genuine win looks like in the next 3-6 months. I'll ask about your margins and current customer value, because that's what determines whether a build and a retainer make financial sense, not just whether the site looks good.

Timeframe & what I need+

Typical timeframe: one call, usually 30-45 minutes. No multi-stage sales process.

What I need from you: honesty about your current numbers (even rough ones), and a real answer on what's not working, not just "we need a new website."

  • Competitor revenue teardown
  • Tech stack selection
  • Clear conversion baseline
02 · Build

Asset Engineering

What happens: I design and build the site myself, from a wireframe and copy pass through to a fully custom build, no theme, no template dump, no outsourced developer you'll never speak to. You'll see drafts along the way.

Timeframe & what I need+

Typical timeframe: most builds take 2-4 weeks from the discovery call to launch, depending on content and page count.

What I need from you: your existing branding/content if you have it, and reasonably quick feedback on drafts.

  • Wireframe & persuasive copy pass
  • Full custom build
  • Mobile speed & conversion QA
03 · Launch

Capital Deployment

What happens: the site goes live, fully connected to whatever your business actually runs on: analytics, booking systems, contact forms, payment links if relevant. Nothing sits half-wired.

Timeframe & what's next+

Typical timeframe: launch day itself is usually a few hours of final QA and go-live steps once the build is approved.

What happens after: you own the site outright. If you're not moving into a retainer, this is where the relationship can simply end, no lock-in, no forced renewal.

  • Analytics & tracking wired
  • Forms & booking connected
  • Final conversion QA pass
04 · Retainer

Compounding Growth

What happens: whichever services you've picked (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Website Updates) start running on a real monthly cadence, not a one-off campaign that fizzles out. See the full pricing breakdown for what's included in each.

Cadence & what I need+

Typical cadence: monthly execution, with the rhythm depending on the service: ad iteration happens weekly inside the month, content/SEO work follows a monthly plan.

What I need from you: a monthly check-in isn't required, but you're always welcome to ask what's been done.

  • Monthly SEO signals
  • Ad iteration cycles
  • Fresh content & proof
Before You Book

What the first call actually covers.

No pitch deck, no pressure. Here's the real agenda.

  • Your current setup: what you're working with now, whether that's an old site, no site, or something that's just not converting.
  • What "working" actually looks like for you: more bookings, more calls, more foot traffic, the real business outcome, not just a nicer-looking site.
  • An honest read on scope and price: whether the build alone makes sense, or whether a retainer is worth discussing now versus later.
  • No pressure to decide on the call: you can take the proposal away and think about it. There's no expiring discount or artificial urgency.
Honesty

If something isn't working.

You're talking directly to the person who built the site and runs the campaigns, not a support queue. If something's broken, underperforming, or just not what you expected, you tell me directly and I fix it. There's no account manager to route the message through, and no "that's a different department" excuse, because there isn't a different department.

That said, I won't promise results I can't back up. Growth marketing takes real time to compound, see the 12-month arc for an honest, illustrative sense of that timeline. If something genuinely isn't right, the fix starts with a direct conversation, not a support ticket.

"I build the foundation. I run the engine. You own the returns."

Let's talk about what your business actually needs.

No pressure, no corporate pitch. Book a short call, or email me directly if that's easier.
